How to request deletion of the data Zenask holds about you.

Delete your Zenask account

You can delete your Zenask account at any time from your dashboard settings. When you do, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal reasons (see our Privacy Policy).

Delete your Instagram / Meta data

You have two options:

From Zenask: open your dashboard, go to Channels, and disconnect your Instagram account. We immediately revoke the access token, stop receiving new messages, and schedule the associated data for deletion.
From Instagram / Facebook: open Settings → Apps and Websites and remove Zenask. Meta will notify us automatically and we will delete the associated Instagram data within 30 days.

Manual request

To request deletion of any other data we hold about you, email admin@zenask.ai from the address linked to your account. We reply within 30 days.
