This page describes the cookies and trackers used by Zenask. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a site. It may contain an identifier, a preference, or a session state. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the site to work; others require your prior consent, which you can give or refuse through our consent banner and change at any time.
These cookies are placed without consent because they are essential for the site to work.

Google Analytics processes your data in the United States. Google is certified under the Data Privacy Framework and we apply Standard Contractual Clauses.

In addition to the browser Meta Pixel, Zenask uses the Meta Conversions API (CAPI): when you click a “Book a call” button, an event is sent to Meta from our servers, not from your browser, to improve the reliability of advertising measurement.
This transfer is subject to the same consent as the Meta Pixel: if you refuse advertising cookies, no event is sent to Meta, either browser-side or server-side. The only exception concerns “Schedule” events triggered after a voluntary booking on Cal.com - see section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
You can change your consent choices at any time:
Withdrawing consent is not retroactive: processing carried out before withdrawal remains lawful.
Under GDPR article 7.1, we must be able to demonstrate that you consented to processing. For this purpose, our consent management platform (Axeptio) stores the following for 3 years: timestamp of the choice, purposes accepted or refused, version of the policy in force, and anonymous session identifier.
